Guide for Contributors

Thank you for thinking about contributing to our wiki! Here are a few tips and rules to get started.

We are not very strict about these rules at the moment, but please try to follow them to make our wiki more consistent and easy to navigate.

General Formatting Guide

Page, Section and Link Titles

All words except articles, prepositions and auxiliary verbs should be capitalized in page titles, section titles and link captions that lead to pages or sections.

Links

Try to link relevant pages together. For example, if you mention SA Tools in your text, make a link to the SA Tools page.

You don't need to link every single time you mention something else that is already on the wiki, but a good sense of flow is welcome.

Tables

If you have long lists of items in tables (example), make the tables sortable where it makes sense. The readers might want to sort the table by character etc.

Subpages

If you feel like you need a separate page for more details about a specific thing, create a subpage dedicated to it.

You can create a subpage by simply adding its title with / after the main page's title.
